RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Sale Items:
All purchases of SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges:
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee allows you to return unused items within 30 days for an exchange or prompt refund. Ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. To initiate a return, please provide your order number from the confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Shipping and Costs:
Original shipping fees, duty paid, or any associated costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return postage/costs, except for returns caused by quality issues.
Instructions for Returns:
Refer to the email received after placing the return request for clear and detailed shipping instructions.
Size Guidance and Care:
Check our size chart before ordering. If in between sizes, opt for a larger size for a comfortable fit. Free exchanges are offered for the Contiguous United States only. This offer does not apply to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I., etc. Exchanges include a free return label, but you are responsible for new shipping costs after the first free exchange.

How to request a return:
When returning any part of your order, please ensure there is no artificial damage to the products. The tags and packages must be in good condition.

Please provide your Order number (e.g., #123456), item photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason.
Due to the high volume of emails, please allow 1-4 business days for our support team to reply.
Return Label - For damaged items only:
If your item is damaged, simply exchange or return within 60 days. Please feel free to contact us for a return label.

Return postage/costs are your responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
Refunds:
Notify our support team with the return tracking number. Refunds, upon acceptance, will be processed and applied to the original payment method, with notification via email. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times.
Exchanges:
We do not facilitate exchanges for sizing adjustments. Review our unisex size conversion before purchase. While we recommend choosing a smaller dress size, understand that everyone's body is unique.
Exchanges on Defective Items:
In case of a defective item, we are more than happy to replace it with the same item in the same size. To qualify, return the unused item within 14 days of purchase.
Price Adjustments:
We do not offer price adjustments on any purchase.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing and shipping. If, by any chance, your order takes more than 4 weeks to ship, you will receive a 100% refund on your shipping cost. This policy initiates 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For international shipping, kindly anticipate an additional 7-21 business days.
Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For packages labeled as "in-transit" or "delivered" by USPS but not received, we recommend reaching out to your local post office for assistance. USPS is responsible for package delivery.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES
TheWavesApparel will not be held liable for shipping address discrepancies, including lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information before submitting orders. Regrettably, we cannot make changes once the order is placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

DELIVERY ISSUES
In the case of undelivered packages labeled as delivered, customers must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful, we may issue store credit upon further review.
HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Enter your discount code on the last page before clicking ‘Complete Order.’ In the box provided, apply the code. Discount and referral codes can be used once per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN "PRE-SHIPMENT"?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order label is printed. USPS will update the tracking number as soon as your order is scanned. An order remaining in "pre-shipment" for multiple days does not indicate loss. Please contact us only if your order surpasses the estimated time for shipment.

Shipping:
For defective item returns, you are responsible for covering shipping costs. Note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
